Hi! I swear I've been running...i've definitely been bad about writing it down though...so here's what I think I've done, the dates are a lost cause, so I'll just guess.

December 31-5 miles (approx. 9 minute miles, little less)
January 1-nothing.
January 2-4 mile run, outside in the frigid fucking cold. Like, 10 minute crapmiles.
January _-2 mile run (8 minute miles), arms intermingled with sprints, core
January _-4 mile run (8.5 minute miles), legs, core
