December 30-2 mile run at 8 minute pace, core, legs, and just a few arms to get the ol' blood flowin.

Oops

HAHA Maybe this week was a rough one to start on. My workout yesterday was 8+ beers, 2 long islands, and trying to figure out why the drummer from the band was giving my roommate and I a ride home.

76 Days to train. I'm sure we'll do better this week.
