first of all i thought this was for marthon training boasting...not drinking.

tues22-1.5mileX3 rp around 9min- permile milewarmup and cool down
wed rest
thurs- lot of bad food andmaybe a little alchohol....
fri.3.5 miles 10X100 sprints at the end
sat-5.5 miles @90%
sun-lol its not over yet we'll see
